2. Eligibility

To use our services you must: be at least 18 years of age; reside in a jurisdiction where Forex and CFD trading is permitted; successfully complete the KYC (Know Your Customer) verification process required by Vantage Markets; and acknowledge that Forex and CFD trading involves substantial risk of loss.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for: maintaining the confidentiality of your Vantage Markets account credentials; all activities that occur under your account; ensuring your account has sufficient funds to meet margin requirements; and complying with Vantage Markets' own terms and conditions.

4. Fees & Performance Charges

XetraCapital charges a performance fee only — there are no management fees, subscription fees, or hidden charges. Performance fees are calculated as follows:

• Tier 1 (from $500): 40% of net verified profits
• Tier 2 (from $1,000): 35% of net verified profits
• Tier 3 (from $2,000): 30% of net verified profits

Performance fees are calculated on a high water mark basis — fees are charged only on profits that exceed the previous peak balance. If losses are incurred in a given month, no fee is charged until those losses are fully recovered and a new profit high is reached. Fees are collected automatically through the Vantage Markets copy trading system at the end of each monthly cycle.

Trading Foreign Exchange (Forex) and Contracts for Difference (CFDs) on margin carries a high level of risk and may not be suitable for all investors. The high degree of leverage can work against you as well as for you. Before deciding to invest in foreign exchange you should carefully consider your investment objectives, level of experience, and risk appetite.

The possibility exists that you could sustain a loss of some or all of your initial investment and therefore you should not invest money that you cannot afford to lose.

4. Drawdown Risk

All trading strategies experience periods of loss (drawdown). Our strategies have historically experienced a maximum drawdown of 15.52%. Future drawdowns may be greater. During a drawdown period, the value of your account will temporarily decrease below its peak value. You should be financially and psychologically prepared to endure periods of drawdown.

Your personalised drawdown threshold setting in the Vantage Markets copy trading portal will automatically stop copying and close positions if breached, but this does not prevent losses up to the threshold level.

5. Broker & Counterparty Risk

Your funds are held at Vantage Markets in segregated client accounts. Vantage Markets is regulated by ASIC (Australia), CIMA (Cayman Islands), FCA (United Kingdom), and FSCA (South Africa). While regulatory supervision provides important protections, it does not eliminate all counterparty risk.

XetraCapital maintains an Emergency Kill Switch and 24/7 human oversight to minimise the impact of technology disruptions, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation.

7. Market & Liquidity Risk

Forex markets can be subject to sudden and dramatic price movements, particularly during major economic announcements (NFP, FOMC, CPI), geopolitical events, or periods of low liquidity. Our News Filter Technology pauses new entries during high-impact events, but cannot anticipate all market disruptions.

In extreme market conditions, spreads may widen significantly, stop-loss orders may be subject to slippage, and positions may not be closed at the expected price.

8. Cent Account Specific Risk

Our Cent Copy Trading service operates on Cent ECN accounts where 1 USD is denominated as 100 cents. While this structure allows for micro-lot precision and lower per-trade exposure, it does not eliminate trading risk. Your entire account balance — including any deposit bonus received from Vantage Markets — remains at risk of loss up to your defined drawdown threshold.
